Simetrik Agent is a branded automation service powered and operated by Belong Universe and made available to authorized users at Simetrik. By using the service, you agree to these terms and your organization's policies.
1. Eligibility and authority
You may use Simetrik Agent only if you are an authorized business user, are permitted by your organization to use the service, and have authority to connect the Google Workspace account and data you authorize. You are responsible for activity performed through your account and for keeping your account access secure.
2. The service
Simetrik Agent helps users retrieve information and automate tasks through connected services. Gmail, Google Drive, Google Calendar, and Google Chat are separate connectors. The agent can act only within the permissions granted by the connected account and the tools available to the user's organization.
3. User-directed automations
You control the instructions and automations submitted to Simetrik Agent. Depending on those instructions and your approved Google permissions, the service may search and read email, files, calendar events, and Google Chat conversations or messages; create drafts, send email, or change email labels; download, copy, or create Drive files; create, update, respond to, or delete calendar events; and send Google Chat messages on your behalf. You must review prompts, plans, approvals, and results before relying on them, especially for consequential actions.
4. Acceptable use
You must not use Simetrik Agent to:
- Access data or accounts without authorization.
- Evade organizational permissions, approval controls, or security safeguards.
- Send unlawful, deceptive, abusive, or unsolicited communications.
- Upload malware or use content to manipulate or compromise the agent or another system.
- Violate applicable law, Google policies, or the rights of another person.
5. Google services
Google Workspace services are provided by Google and remain subject to Google's own terms, policies, availability, and account controls. Granting OAuth access does not transfer ownership of your Google data. You may disconnect a connector in Simetrik Agent or revoke access through your Google Account at any time.
6. Data and privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains how the service accesses, uses, stores, shares, and deletes Google user data. You must not instruct the service to process information that your organization prohibits you from using.
7. Service changes and suspension
We may update the service, restrict a connector, or suspend access when needed to protect users, comply with law or provider policy, respond to abuse, or maintain service reliability. We will provide notice where reasonably possible.
8. Reliability and user review
AI-generated responses and proposed actions can be incomplete or incorrect. The service is provided subject to the commercial agreement governing your organization's access. You remain responsible for reviewing results and deciding whether to approve or rely on an action.
